Story
I had always wanted to become an entreprenuer, so when I pursued business management degree at Austin Community College and later joined Texas State University McCoy College of Business, I got a chance to listen to different speakers about their journey in starting their businesses.
I wasn't quite sure what kind of business I would open but I still remember what I wrote in my admission letter, that read "I would like to be an Entreprenuer, not just a "Wanterprenuer"! I still muse upto this day about it! I had-/never-/ heard-/ of such an expression before and have no clue how I came up with that word :), but when I was at crossroads and found myself having second thoughts about being a journalist/author instead of aiming for corporate jobs, that "Wanterprenuer" always came to my rescue and I found myself ready to move to the next step.
It happened when I was researching projects based in Austin Tx, I could either use the university library database or maybe online local newspapers.
Then,decided I was going to start a small blog and write business articles locally, nationally in U.S and globally.
That's how Business Advertise Now was born. You know what they say about Texas "everything in Texas is"big". So just like that I decided I was going local, national and global. So after I graduated, I started spending more time working on the newspaper. I had no doubt I wanted to tell stories about what was happening locally, nationally and globally in Europe, Asia, Americas, Middle East, Africa and the U.S. Through this journey, I realised that people want to be heard, to express themselves, their frustrations, successes, anger, and share their failures and achievements just like i wanted to.
